FANTASTIC stay!
large room spacious bathroom great location
The room was nice and large, facing the quiet courtyard. I had a REALLY nice, spacious bathroom with great amenities. The location was convenient with easy access to many attractions. Breakfast offered a good selection of local specialties.
The elevator was a bit old and small.

The location is on a quiet street, just a short walk from Parliament. Several restaurants, cafés, and shops are close to the hotel. It was very easy to get around and see everything.

The room had lots of storage. It was warm and comfortable. The outdoor terrace were lovely. The staffs were friendly to us.
The breakfast area seemed small. I found the breakfast not good. Servers seems to be rude.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay
complete breakfast safe place
The breakfast was complete. I could not ask for more. the hotel is located within a walkable distance to most tourist spots, it took me Max 20 mins to the city center. i felt the place was safe during a night walk.
the elevator is old. it is also small and slow. i also noticed that the drinks in the fridge were opened, someone had drunk from some of them before.

The room was spacious enough for my needs. It had a comfortable bed. a large window provided ample natural light, i liked that it helped to create a bright atmosphere. the bathroom was clean and well maintained.

the location was excellent. close tram stages and underground station made it easy to get around. the hotel is also within walking distance to many attractions! i found several supermarkets nearby, very convenient for grabbing snacks.

the staff were helpful and always available to assist with any questions i had! they provided useful information about local attractions. they also promptly addressed any concerns, that impressed me. the check-in process was smooth.

underwhelming stay. some issues need addressing
repetitive breakfast long walk
The breakfast setup was pretty bad. the room was in the basement with no windows. tables were cramped. I was like i was practically sitting with strangers. also, the breakfast selection was very repetitive. i really expected more variety each day. i also found it quite a walk to the nearest transport. it felt further than advertised, frustrating after a long day.

The breakfast had good variety and fresh products. The location was central and quiet. Staff provided useful directions and a map.
There was no door between the bathroom and the bed. Some dark curly hair was in the sink. The decor seemed dated.
